Nose Dive

My mood is taking a nose dive today. Not sure just why but received an email from a friend yesterday and this is the day her hubby and the ex s.o. usually meet for breakfast. That is a weekly event and I try to ignore it most weeks, just not doing it today. I suppose I could choose different feelings, but hey, think I will give myself a five minute pity party then move on.
