Truffles

All of a sudden I have this craving for truffles..really good truffles. In the Eighties, there was a Swiss born couple who came to Rockport and started a candy shop. They made very, very good truffles.

On my way back down to Denver after a business trip to Vale, I stopped in a little town that may have been called Georgetown, but hey, who knows, would have to get a map and check it out. Anyway, found a teensy, tiny little sweets shop and the truffles there were wonderful!

Wonder just what kind of truffles I can find in Nebraska....hmmmmm
